Reisem\u00e4ngel k\u00f6nnen einem schnell die Urlaubsstimmung vermiesen.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Ein Reisemangel besteht grunds\u00e4tzlich, wenn eine beim Reiseveranstalter gebuchte Reise von den vertraglich vereinbarten Soll-Vorgaben negativ abweicht oder wenn zugesicherte Eigenschaften fehlen. Um Preisreduktionen oder m\u00f6gliche Ersatzmassnahmen zu erhalten, m\u00fcssen solche M\u00e4ngel gem\u00e4ss Art. 12 Bundesgesetz \u00fcber Pauschalreisen beanstandet werden. \u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Wie beanstanden Sie Reisem\u00e4ngel?<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Reisemangel sofort beim Reiseveranstalter und vor Ort melden und Abhilfe verlangen<br \/>(aus Beweisgr\u00fcnden wird eine schriftliche Mahnung empfohlen)<\/li>\r\n<li>M\u00e4ngelprotokoll des Hotels ausf\u00fcllen<br \/>(Mangel sowohl beim Hotel wie auch beim Reiseveranstalter schriftlich melden)<\/li>\r\n<li>Beweise des Mangels erheben<br \/>(Fotos\/Videos mit Datum, Zeugen mobilisieren, etc.)<\/li>\r\n<li>Bleibt der Reiseveranstalter trotz M\u00e4ngelr\u00fcge des Kunden unt\u00e4tig, kann der Ombudsman der Schweizer Reisebranche zur Vermittlung zwischen Reiseveranstalter und Kunden kontaktiert werden<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Als Richtlinie f\u00fcr eine Reisepreisminderung durch den Reiseveranstalter hat sich die unverbindliche Frankfurter Tabelle etabliert. Bei einem Zimmer mit fehlendem Meerblick kann beispielsweise mit einer Preisreduktion von 15-20%, bei fehlender Poolnutzung mit 10-20% gerechnet werden. Tritt ein Mangel nur \u00fcber einen bestimmten Zeitraum auf, z.B. Baul\u00e4rm, wird die Preisminderung anteilig berechnet.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Haben Sie weitere Fragen?
