Welche neuen Massnahmen hat der Bund zur Unterst\u00fctzung der kleinen und mittleren Unternehmen (KMU) in Folge der COVID-19 Krise verabschiedet?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Die ersten zwei vom Bundesrat verabschiedeten Massnahmenpakete zur Unterst\u00fctzung der Unternehmen umfassten unter anderem Liquidit\u00e4tshilfen, die Ausweitung und Vereinfachung der Kurzarbeit, die Entsch\u00e4digung bei Erwerbsausf\u00e4llen f\u00fcr Angestellte, eine Soforthilfe und Ausfallentsch\u00e4digung von CHF\u00a0280 Mio. im Kulturbereich, CHF 100 Mio. f\u00fcr den Sportbereich und weitere Massnahmen im Bereich des Arbeitsgesetzes, der Arbeitslosenversicherung sowie der beruflichen Vorsorge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Das dritte und neuste Massnahmenpaket vom 9. April 2020 sieht nun Folgendes vor: Der Kreis der Anspruchsberechtigten f\u00fcr die Kurzarbeitsentsch\u00e4digung wird zus\u00e4tzlich auf Angestellte auf Abruf ausgeweitet. Zudem pr\u00fcft das Eidg. Justiz- und Polizeidepartement (EJPD) eine vor\u00fcbergehende Regelung, wonach Unternehmen bei drohender, coronabedingter \u00dcberschuldung mit der Konkursanmeldung zuwarten k\u00f6nnen, wenn Aussicht besteht, dass eine \u00dcberschuldung nach der Krise behoben werden kann. Heute ist der Verwaltungsrat bei \u00dcberschuldung zu diesem Schritt gesetzlich verpflichtet (Art.\u00a0725 Abs. 2 OR). Weiter soll f\u00fcr KMU\u2019s, die allein wegen der Corona-Pandemie in finanzielle N\u00f6te geraten sind, eine befristete Stundung, die sog. COVID-19-Stundung, eingef\u00fchrt werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Habe ich als Zuger KMU Anspruch auf einen \u00e0 fonds perdu-Beitrag?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Der Kanton Zug stellt den Zuger Firmen im Rahmen der Coronakrise einen St\u00fctzungsfonds von 20 Mio. Franken zur Verf\u00fcgung. Im Kanton Zug ans\u00e4ssige Einzelunternehmen, Selbst\u00e4ndigerwerbende und kleine Unternehmen mit bis maximal 18 Vollzeit\u00e4quivalente (Lernende nicht mitgez\u00e4hlt), welche die Anspruchsvoraussetzungen f\u00fcr die COVID-Massnahmen des Bundes nicht erf\u00fcllen, k\u00f6nnen ein Gesuch um \u00e0 fonds perdu-Beitr\u00e4ge von bis zu 10’000 Franken pro Monat beantragen. Die Subsidiarit\u00e4t zu den Bundesmassnahmen schliesst jedoch nicht aus, dass trotz einem anderweitigen Beitrag noch eine Gutsprache aus dem St\u00fctzungsfonds erfolgen kann. Im Zweifelsfall empfiehlt es sich deshalb, ein Gesuch einzureichen. Zudem werden die Beitr\u00e4ge jeweils f\u00fcr einen Monat zugesprochen. Dauert die Krise l\u00e4nger an oder wird das Gesuch abgewiesen, kann (im letzteren Fall bei \u00c4nderung der Ausgangslage) ein Folgegesuch gestellt werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
